About Grove Museum Views at Saadiyat Island
Located in the Saadiyat Cultural District, Grove Museum Views is a large residential scheme where 41,000 m² of steel had to be protected to programme alongside other trades.
For Grove Museum Views on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi, Ibtikar applied Jotun SteelMaster 1200WF water-based intumescent paint to 41,000 m² of structural steel, completing the scope in April 2023. Each stage, from blast cleaning and priming to final thickness readings, was recorded for the consultant and Civil Defence submission.

It is ideal for structural steel exposed to a wide range of corrosive environments. SteelMaster 1200WF is low VOC, HAPs free, and has a low environmental impact. It is easy to apply with airless spray for quicker project completion.
