In July 2023, Ibtikar Fire Proofing completed 26,000 m² of fire protection on the structural steel of Residential Tower G+8, Dubai Investments in Dubai Investments Park, Dubai, using Carboline Pyrolite 15 cementitious fireproofing.

With 26,000 m² of steel across a G+8 residential tower, the project called for a high-output cementitious system that could be sprayed quickly and economically floor by floor. The coating was applied by our trained crews to the manufacturer’s specification and verified with dry film thickness checks before handover to the main contractor.
