One of our notable projects was the Jaguar Land Rover MENA Regional Office and Training Academy in Dubai Silicon Oasis. This project involved a steel surface area of 6,500 square meters and required a fire rating of up to 120 minutes. To achieve this, we used AUDAX Renitherm PMA 1200HD – HKAGCM, a top-quality intumescent paint that expands when exposed to heat and creates a protective layer that insulates the steel structure from fire damage. In addition to intumescent paint, we also use cementitious fireproofing to protect steel structures.
