btikar Fireproofing, a leading fireproofing contractor in the UAE and GCC, successfully completed comprehensive fireproofing works for the Design and Build of TECOM Investments Warehouse Phase 2 – TECOM. Focusing on 31,000 square meters of Steel Structure, our expert team applied Nullifire SC 802 in April 2024, followed by a Carbothane 137HS top coat. This monumental project underscores our capacity for large-scale industrial endeavors.

Nullifire SC802 Intumescent Steel Coating
Nullifire SC802 Intumescent steel coating is a very low VOC, borate free, APEO free, water based, thin film intumescent coating for the protection of structural steelwork. SC802 contains no substances of very high concern.
Nullifire SC802 provides up to 60 minutes fire resistance to ‘I’ section beams, columns, hollow section columns and cellular beams. Limited 90-minute protection is also available. SC802 can be used on steel, cast iron and galvanised steel.
Detailed application instructions are available for SC600, SC800 and SC900 series that must be consulted prior to commencing application.

Carbothane 137HS
Carbothane 137 HS is a fast-drying, high build, two component polyurethane coating which exhibits excellent dry times and handling characteristics required by Original Equipment Manufacturers. Has excellent UV resistance and good corrosion resistance in direct to metal applications for C1 to C3 environments, over primers for C4 to C5 environments.
